I mentioned a while back that the good people over at Frog Lube sent me a product sample to test and evaluate. What they submitted for testing was what they call their “4 0z kit“. It comes with 4 oz of paste, 4 oz of liquid, a brush, a towel, and full instructions.

Best paper guns evah!
The people over at Postler and Ferguson make some pretty unbelieveable stuff out of paper… These guns are absolutely nothing short of amazing! (more of their work at the link)
Crazy-Ass Holsters
I have mentioned in the past that you can have a holster for your can of dip…. a holster for your Bic lighter… and now apparently for your beer too.

Worse than the Nixon ‘Enemies List’… The Obama ‘Kill List’
The NY Times has an article about his secret ‘Kill List’. I only have one question… What if Bush did it?
Mr. Obama has placed himself at the helm of a top secret “nominations” process to designate terrorists for kill or capture, of which the capture part has become largely theoretical. He had vowed to align the fight against Al Qaeda with American values; the chart, introducing people whose deaths he might soon be asked to order, underscored just what a moral and legal conundrum this could be. Mr. Obama is the liberal law professor who campaigned against the Iraq war and torture, and then insisted on approving every new name on an expanding “kill list,” poring over terrorist suspects’ biographies on what one official calls the macabre “baseball cards” of an unconventional war.
.22 lr Lethality
Interesting video over at ENDO about the lethality of .22 lr at long distance. They use the breaking of a 1/2 inch pine board standard for judging lethality. It takes 59 ft/lbs to pierce the board. IMHO, I dont really see this as an all encompassing test of lethality, but it certainly is a good measure.
The .22 short was also impressive.
Also, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… .22s dont kill people. Women with .22s who are about to get raped do!
30 Caliber Can Used with 5.56
Nick has a great video on the subject over at TTAG. He put a 7.62 suppressor on a 5.56 rifle and has some range time with it.
Hows that for battery life?
Suburban posted that he just recently changed out the battery in his Aimpoint M2… that he bought used in 2009. Oh and it has not been turned off since then and it has been on the second highest setting the entire time. Not bad.
