Safe to say: Anti-Gun Crowd Cant Wait for More Kids to Die

Yes, I think that based on what we have been seeing following the failed push by congress to pass stricter gun control civilian disarmament laws, its pretty safe to say that the anti-gun movement can’t wait for more kids to die.

Its not a far stretch seeing as the Diane Feinstein civilian disarmament bill that was brought forth in response to the shooting that took place at Newtown was indeed sitting in her desk drawer just waiting for just such an occasion. Now, it looks to me like they have officially repositioned themselves to be the political movement that will unabashedly stand on the bodies of dead children in order to push their political agenda further down the road. Command The Chief – New Pro-Gun Initiative

Its starting to smell a little fishy now… so I am taking the linkage down. War on Guns did a little more research, and at this point I just cant stand behind this.

NRA 500 Controversy is Fake. NASCAR is Getting Duped.

NRA 500 Texas Motor Speedway

I wrote an article yesterday about the lack of publicity FOX Sports was giving the NRA 500 leading up-to and including the actual televised race. In that article, I suggested that the NRA should think about suing NASCAR for the sponsorship costs and that NASCAR should think about suing FOX for snubbing their race sponsor. Well, it looks like NASCAR is also not too happy about the fact that the NRA was the sponsor of the NRA 500 race Friday night at the Texas Motor Speedway…

(Emphasis Mine)

NASCAR plans to become more involved in race-sponsorship decisions by speedways in light of the continuing controversy surrounding the National Rifle Association’s sponsorship of the Sprint Cup race Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway.

“The NRA’s sponsorship of the event at Texas Motor Speedway fit within existing parameters that NASCAR affords tracks in securing partnerships,” said NASCAR spokesman David Higdon. “However, this situation has made it clear that we need to take a closer look at our approval process moving forward, as current circumstances need to be factored in when making decisions.”

This is downright despicable. NASCAR fans Continue reading

QOTD – Michelle Obama Wants to Own a Gun

What? Michelle Obama wants to own a gun? Yes, but dont get too excited. They still dont get it.

And I quote:

“The first conversation was when Michelle came back from doing some campaigning out in rural Iowa.  And we were sitting at dinner, and she had been to a big county, a lot of driving out there, a lot of farmland.

“And she said, if I was living out in a farm in Iowa, I’d probably want a gun, too.  If somebody just drives up into your driveway and you’re not home — you don’t know who these people are and you don’t know how long it’s going to take for the sheriffs to respond.  I can see why you’d want some guns for protection.”

And how prey-tell does that not apply to anywhere, anyplace in the good old US of A? Stupid liberals.

Obama: Sandy Hook Shooter Used “a fully automatic weapon”

Obama AR 15

Obama told a group of Democratic donors Wednesday night that the children of Sandy Hook Elementary were gunned down by a fully automatic weapon. Interestingly he misspoke at first and said semi-automatic, but then corrected himself to say fully-automatic.

So I guess the only real question is… is he truly an ignorant fool or is this all by design?

Here is the excerpt from the White House transcript: Continue reading

A deal has been reached that will make the new Connecticut gun laws the toughest in the country. Here is whats in the bill:
