Here is what the new California gun control civilian disarmament bill looks like:
- Possession of hollow point bullets and similar assault bullets a felony.
- Must register and report ammo purchases. Only purchase max 500 rounds.
- 10 round magazine limit
- ALL magazines must be fixed to the gun (can not be removed without the use of a tool)
- 100% prohibition of all magazines greater than 10 rounds. All previous grandfathered magazines become illegal. Felony if you keep one. Continue reading

Because of broad definitions, the interpretation of said law could ban all semi-auto rifles and shotguns. And yeah, it would also broadly ban the most commonly used semi-auto handguns like Glocks, 1911s, and Berettas. Additionally, ownership of the affected firearms and magazines could not be transferred AT ALL… even out of state! All magazines would also be limited to 7 rounds. Continue reading
Feinsteins New Bill – All Semi-autos are Banned. Period.
Via Ammoland and a hat tip to Aaron who emailed me about this… Feinstein’s new gun control civilian disarmament bill bans everything semi-auto that has a grip. Period. Its a very broad definition of “grip” which I would bet could be interpreted to even include a straight line rifle stock.

A couple of people mentioned this in the comments section the other day, and it really stuck with me. The suggestion being that we should completely deprive Piers Morgan of all the attention that he has been getting over this anti-gun binge that he has gone on.
