“Weapons of war” are now no longer protected by the constitution…
As pointed out by The Gun Feed, a very good illustration of how out of touch with basic law our courts have now become. According to the 4th Circuit ruling, we are now no longer allowed to own these most basic of firearms…
‘Put simply, we have no power to extend Second Amendment protection to the weapons of war’
I will also add that this now also includes these “weapons of war”…
And by definition that would also include ‘The Second Amendment only protect muskets’ because they too are “weapons of war”.
So, “Mr & Mrs America, turn them all in.”

So I guess that also means my Russian 1942 Mosin Nagant and my 1950 Zastava Yugoslavian M48 8mm. Mauser?
