Oh, the Fudds are still alive and well…

And the ‘Letters’ section of Outdoor Life (The same publication that loves them some Jim Zumbo once again) are more than happy to print their ignorant, narrow minded drivel… In the December 2014 issue, and I quote…

“The Ambush 300 Blackout is so far removed from a hunting rifle that its inclusion in “Best Deer Guns” [October] can only be seen as a sop to the AR fantasy cult and the advertisers who serve it. Calling that hideous man killer a deer rifle is an insult to the craftsmen and hunters who make and use traditional deer-hunting firearms.”

Dear Fudds – Go piss up a rope. Learn [British] history before you are doomed to repeat it.

  1. “The M1906 Springfield 30.06 is so far removed from a hunting rifle that its inclusion in “Best Deer Guns” can only be seen as a sop to the Military Bolt Action fantasy cult and the advertisers who serve it. Calling that hideous man killer a deer rifle is an insult to the craftsmen and hunters who make and use traditional single/lever action deer-hunting firearms.”
