    Eric, As a Firearms Trainer I learned early that I should demonstrate my skill, wear my medals proudly, and BUILD UP other people. That means no shoulder to shoulder contests until fairly requested. Along the way I quickly learned that women do not suffer from that testosterone thing, so they approach a new skill with openness to instruction, and become skillful quickly, very quickly. Their success suitably impressed the Boy Scout Camp (all assembled) when SHE was called forward for the only NRA Sharpshooter award given.
