I didnt know you could be arrested for being stupid…. Man Arrested For Having BB Gun Near President Obama

“He’s in a friend’s backyard. He’s not shooting at the motorcade. The President wasn’t even in the area,” said Corey Brinson, Stravinskas’ Attorney.

Police say they found Stravinskas pointing his gun at cans like ones found in the front yard today. Officers told him to drop his gun, they say he hesitated, and  later complied.

“When police arrested my client, he didn’t even have the weapon in his hand. We will consider filing a motion to dismiss on all the charges ’cause the facts and circumstances don’t support the charges and if we have to try the case, we will,” said Brinson.
