The bill, S.B. 5737, right now in the Washington State Senate proposes banning the sale, possession, and transfer of what they deem to be “assault weapons.” The definition of “assault weapon” in this bill includes the usual cosmetic features that all gun-grabbers hate coupled with “any semiautomatic pistol, pump-action rifle or shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine, with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.”
All magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds will also be banned.
